- The county’s largest free art event, Worcestershire Open Studios ‘Art Week is an opportunity to explore studios, exhibitions and creative spaces. Meet artists and makers, watch live demos, find out about the creative process, perhaps have a go yourself and be inspired. In all, 167 artists and makers in 105 venues will be involved over the ten days of the event.
I will be opening my studio at Avoncroft Arts Centre showing my latest framed sculptural enamelled art, jewellery and items for the home, and demonstrating enamelling. Three other creatives will be taking part, Annmarie Hulley and Brendan McMahon are artists who also have studios at the Arts Centre. Annmarie will be joined by Lorraine Wright who makes resin art. There will be a chance to have a go at painting and creating floral resin pieces.
Refreshments will be available.
