- As the first solo artist, apart from Elton John himself, to join Rocket Records back in the 70s, Mike’s music has been covered by the likes of Justin Hayward of Moody Blues fame and many others….and one of his tracks “Just a matter of Time” was picked up as Terry Wogan’s record of the week back in the day.
Mike continues to write and perform great songs, and he has a unique style, drawing from many influences including folk, rock, country and blues, all of which are evident, with an end result that is magical and should be a source of inspiration to songwriters everywhere…..it promises to be another great night.
