On Saturday. June 20th, The Beauchamp Chamber Orchestra will be performing a Concert under the historic beams of The Guesten Hall of Avoncroft Museum, the perfect backdrop for a Midsummer’s Evening of Classical Music.
Founded in 2024, the Orchestra is a group of widely experienced musicians which provides an annual concert programme in interesting venues in Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire, supporting local charities.
The programme will include among others the much loved Fantasia on a theme of Thomas Tallis by Vaughan Williams, music by Benjamin Britten and John Ireland, and music featuring trumpet solos by Sophie Hughes
All funds raised on the night will be donated directly to Avoncroft Museum.
Doors to The Guesten Hall will open at 6.30.p.m, with the performance starting at 7.00.p.m and ending at 8.30.p.m.
Tickets are £25 for Adults and £15 for Students and Under 18’s. Drinks and snacks will be available to purchase.
