Routh Hall, Bromsgrove School
- Mozart: Wind Serenade in C Minor K388
- Enescu: Decet for Winds Op 14
- Dvorak: Serenade for Wind Instruments Op 44
The three works on this programme require between 8 and 12 players. The Mozart and Dvorak are well known masterpieces, but the neglected Enescu is another enchanting work. The willingness of members of the amateur Birmingham Philharmonic Orchestra to play for us means that it is possible for us to programme works for a larger number of players than would normally be possible.
