    Up and coming young stars of the folk scene with contrasting styles Kim Lowing and the Greenwood playing a mixture of self-penned songs with a traditional feel and traditional songs in a double header with Robinson-Stone Brothers whose music is mainly self-penned but with a feel of the sixties to it. Both artists have recently released CDs.

    The concert is entitled "Around The World in 80 minutes" and comprises a medley of show songs.

    The conductor is John Brierley and accompanist Georgia Vale, whose Chaddesley Strings will also be contributing items.

There will be an array of activity: living history displays, Viking combat, music and folk dancing, children’s games, archery, pony rides, swing boats, coconut shy, miniature train rides, chick crafts plus an egg and spoon race. Come along for a cracking good time!

Visitors will get the chance to see authentic demonstrations of cookery, archery and candle making and soak in the authentic surroundings of the museum’s Tudor house.
