THE FIRST draft of the new-look Bromsgrove Festival, which will run from June 14 to July 20, has been revealed by the organisers.
The extravaganza features a comprehensive and wide-ranging list of events and so far includes productions, concerts, exhibitions and events from both local groups and some further afield.
Among the chosen venues are Artrix, Grafton Manor, St John’s Church and Avoncroft Museum.
But, there are still opportunities for organisations and individuals to add their own event into the programme and become part of a celebration aimed at showcasing all that is vibrant about the Bromsgrove arts scene.
A spokesperson for the new-look Bromsgrove Festival said: "The established tradition of excellence will be maintained whilst at the same time ensuring there is something for everyone to enjoy."
Children and young people are being encouraged to get involved in Artrix's New Generation Festival, which will coincide with the main event. That will be specifically aimed at providing a stage for younger artists and performers to shine on and shows which interest younger audiences.
