We are a progressive and friendly concert band established in 1998 and based
at Catshill, near Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. We play a wide range of music
and perform at many different events throughout the year such as bandstands,

The new style of festival introduced in 2014 has proved very successful. The more diverse, community based and youth orientated programme will continue to be developed in future years. The Festival's aim is to involve the whole community and all aspects of the arts to deliver an exciting programme over five weeks in the summer each year.
The Bromsgrove International Young Musicians’ Competition began in 1981 as an international platform for talented young instrumentalists and singers between the ages of 17 and 25 (28 in the case of singers). Since then many outstanding finalists have found The Bromsgrove a stepping stone to national and international recognition and success.

A professional orchestra with Music Director Nic Fallowfield play classical music ranging from piano recitals to full orchestral concerts. Based in Alvechurch and playing at St Laurence Church and other venues around the West Midlands. We welcome invitations to play at other venues and in festivals. Annually we hold a Young Musicians' Showcase for local music students up to the age of 18.

Someone-at-the-Door was formed in 1998 and is a thriving Bromsgrove based Samba Band which aims to create the rhythms and techniques for Brazilian bateria instruments. The group is open to all ages/experience for musicians and percussionists interested in learning more about Brazilian music.
